Inbox Window

For an overview on Inbox Window, please refer "Inbox Window Overview".

Messages can be one of the following types.
1) Message for link request from a friend
2) Message for information update of a shared category
3) Message for information update of your linked friend
4) Mood messages

Inbox window will show list of the new messages.

You can choose certain information from the pulldown list. For example, it will show Clicking a message for link request will select the appropriate friend in Detail View of Friends' Information Window. If you double click a message for link request, the link view for that friend is opened as well.

Clicking a message for information update of a shared category will select the appropriate shared category in Icon View of Friends' Information Window. If you double click a message for information update of a shared category, the Properties window for that shared category is opened as well.

Click a message for profile change of a friend, the appropriate friend and Detail View are selected in Friends' Information Window.

Note)
・For example, in the picture below, when you click the message "Daniel Brown sent you a link message." in Inbox Window, Daniel Brown will be selected in Detail View of Friends' Information Window.

・Inbox window displays latest messages from friends. It is different from twitter timeline. As an example, take a case where you got a message yesterday and a message today from friend A. You also received a message yesterday from friend B. In this case, Inbox window shows you today's message from friend A and yesterday's message sent by friend B. Yesterday's meesage from friend A is not shown even if it is newer than friend B's. In this way, Inbox window message display is different from twitter timeline.
・For Skype, Ripplex doesn't have access to the time and date of the messages from your friends, Inbox window display messages by the time when your skype received messages.
